CES recognizes its ambitious vision will require the necessary leadership to manage the process and ensure successful realization of its goals. Thus, CES, through the oversight of its CEO and Founder, Larry Broach, has hired a President, a Chief Financial Officer, a Vice President of Operations, and a Vice President of Academics. Additionally, to round out the corporate office and support team, CES has employed a Director of Human Resources, a Scholarship Director and Bookkeeper, and a Regional Operations Assistant. At the school level, a principal is hired to manage and administrate each school, its faculty and staff, students, and parents. The Principal is the first line of representation to school stakeholders.
